Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States only. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages Third Shift Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
